Sasuke was captured by orochimaru he kept the uchiha in a secret underground base that not even kabuto knows about. Orochimaru used the curse mark he placed on sasuke to not only suppress his chakra but also preventing him from moving, so no straps where necessary, the young uchiha was at his mercy his very own pet, and with any pet he pampered sasuke by feeding him.

You have the following choices:

1. Endless amount of fatty foods

2. Humans so he was too heavy to escape

3. Weight gain shakes that also made him gassy
