He feel strange

As Alex drives along, he starts to feel really strange. It feels like his insides are starting to move by themselves. The feeling then moves to his heart, making him feel light-headed.

"Uh, so dizzy" said Alex in a daze before he passed out, which causes his car to run off the right side of the road and into the ditch.
