You drive over to Tony's house; inside you notice that he is moping around.
"Hey Tony, How are... um... What’s u-...? Hi?" you say, it was very awkward because of how modern language and greetings seem insensitive in this situation, "Hey Jonathon." He says
You decide to spend the night at his house, because somehow, leaving him alone like this didn't seem too safe. He's been a 'little' depressed. You get out your favorite videogame, the one with the aliens, and make him play it with you. Even though it seemed to lift his spirits it still seems like he could snap into a deep depression at any time.
It ends up getting really late though, so you go to bed. And he has work tomorrow, after all, and you don't feel too excited about being down here by yourself, seems how you and Megan spent so much time together down here. Then you recalled the time you and her were making out for the first time on the couch. When that memory came to you, it was almost like a stab in the heart.
"Night, John." said Tony. "Goodnight."
You made your way to the guest room, and were about to go to sleep. But somehow you just couldn't let it go; you had to find something of hers for you to keep, because she never really gave you anything other than candy, and flowers. As funny and reversed as it seemed, it was an inside joke between you and her. You recall specifically telling her in a jokingly manner, "Hey, I'm not that kind of guy! I'm quite old fashioned. If you ever want me to make out with you, you'd better get me some candy and flowers first." You smiled at that memory; even the thought of it brought tears to your eyes.
You end up at the door to Megan's room. There are stickers on it, specifically one of her name and another of a dragon with a princess riding on it. The rest are silly little cartoon animals, for the most part. You grab the door knob and feel a chill go up your spine. You turn the knob and open the door; it seemed as if you had opened a portal to the past. Her room was exactly the same as the day she had left and gotten in the car accident, from the book on kitty cats to the shirt and jeans on the floor. The moon light gracefully entered her room and illuminated her dark blue bed. You walk in, trying to be quick about it though. As soon as you are in though, you see a letter on her desk that piques your interest. It appears to be the love letter you had first sent her to ask her out on a date back in 8th grade. You end up spending a few hours in there, and before you know it, you fell asleep...
