Sam makes all the other girls in the office big...

Sam knew how Rebbecca had horrible self esteem issues about her body. Sam did have a thing for Rebbecca, but was smart enough to know how everyone viewed him. He was the creep, the oddball, the one women avoided out of fear. He had no idea how to stop this, so he just stayed at his desk, remaining humble, not bothering the women that thought he was some sort of pervert.

But Sam doesn't know how people think. He wasn't a very social guy. Knowing how Rebbecca felt about her body though, he decided to use an experimental drug, to make everyone around her have the same body she does.
