"Master Eliwood, are you all right!?" Erk's voice sounded before the light completely subsided. Eliwood came to on the ground, staring up at Erk peering over him. It took him a second to fully grasp what just happened.
"Yeah." He made out before being helped to his feet. "I apologize." He spoke, realizing how reckless he was being. Erk shook his furiously.
"The blame is all mine. I should've warned you before showing you." Erk insisted. "You may want to lay down in your tent; there could be some nasty side effects." Eliwood nodded slowly, now worried by the warning. "Would you like me to escort you back?"
"That won't be necessary." Eliwood replied quickly, "If I may ask, could you inform Marcus of the incident? He should know."
"Of course, my lord." Erk nodded and hurried out of the training tent. Eliwood himself left quickly as well and began across the temporary base. Along the way his body began to feel a bit sore and it seemed like his pace was gradually slowing. He simply shrugged off the circumstances as a result of Erk's spell thinking that it was messing with his senses. He didn't realize anything was wrong until he bumped into the group's pirate, Dart.
"Hey, watch where you're goin--!" Dart growled before realizing he was speaking with the leader of their army. "Ah, my bad." He muttered awkwardly, not used to be in the presence of royalty. "Say, you don't look to well..." Eliwood glanced up the large pirate in front of him. He did a double take when he realized that the pirate now stood slightly taller than he last recalled.
"Yeah, I was just heading back to my tent..." Eliwood replied feeling a bit dazed. "If you would kindly excuse me." Eliwood brushed around him quickly with a new realization. There's no way Dart had grown a few inches within the last day...and it would explain why it seemed like he wasn't walking as fast. It only took another minute for him to enter his own tent and sit down on the makeshift bed. With the present fear of shrinking upon him, Eliwood found it difficult to sleep or not worry.
