He then wanted to increase his strength to the max, so he began to focus on his strength and pushed the gem on his chest.
For a minute, nothing happens but then he felt sharp pain went down his spine and a warm feeling spread across his body.He began to felt some intense feeling inside his body .
As he grasp his hand tight, he began to felt numerous pain throughout his body.He struggled hard to fight this pain that began to intensify and amplify the amount of pain inside of him.
His muscle then began to increase in size and strengthen. At first his old muscular body seemed like an athletic built body but now it began to inflate in endless muscle which began to pile up inside of him. His arm was the first to bulge much more bigger than before. It kept to increase and became much more bigger. Next was his biceps which are piling up with mountainous pounds of muscles and power. It now looks like 3 cannonballs are stuffed inside of his arm. Then the growth went to his body. His pecs began to enlarge and were filing up nicely with his new body, it increase as it looked like a slabs of muscle was implanted inside his chest. Then his abs were beginning to form much more defined shape and are bulging with muscles.
The final wave of muscle growth went down to his legs, it began to pile up with mound of muscle and so does his calf which are swelling up at a fast rate.His legs now was swelling with muscle and strength. After 3 hours of pain, the pain dies away and the growth slows down and then stopped.
He got on his feet and began to examine his new figure. There he stood, as a gigantic titan of pure strength and muscle built, his body was rippling with muscle and strength. He is now looks like a muscle bound hero , filled with muscle and power.
