The Curve Shot

Kayla stoops has she runs away from the zombie and catches the Velcro strip holding her left hand trainer tight by her finger tips, pulling hard she nearly trips herself up but the fastener come free. She then pauses for a second and pulls hard on the fastener holding her other shoe to her foot. With a crackling zip the shoe comes loose.

She glances over her shoulder and sees the shambling zombie approaching. Stumbling forward a few steps she manages to remove both shoe and runs in an arc around the lumbering zombie. Has she approaches the zombie she launches her first trainer which hits the zombie firmly on the head with a thud. Her second trainer leaves her outstretched hand and hits the zombie on...
