Choice 1: Bowser possesses Peach with the capture ability using a mindless copy of a Bonneter, and becomes the Nintendo designed 'Bowsette,' however, something goes wrong, and she's stuck in that form, and feels Peach's feelings for Mario.
Choice 2: Same as the above, but he experimented with a Super Crown by merging it and the Bonneter. This turns the possessed princess into the fan made Bowsette (light skin, blonde hair).
Choice 3: Instead of the Shadow Queen being destroyed at the end of TTYD, she pretends, and hides within Peach's soul, ready to secretly take over, but there's a side effect when absorbing her soul, and gets her feelings.
She decides to become a "better" Peach, who starts an actual relationship with Mario, defends her kingdom from threats alongside Mario and friends, and fights back against kidnappings, instead of just relying on Mario.
Choice 4: The younger Princess Shroob leaves some spores behind upon being destroyed, and they enter Peach's body, eventually taking over it, but finding herself with Peach's attraction and feelings towards Mario.
