Why are the girls all getting so buff?

There is a kunoichi-only tournament, and the strongest girl gets a very special prize: a month long vacation with a boy of their choosing

Tsunade has raised the standerds of kunoichi, and all the girls are being forced to bulk up

The girls think that boys like strong girls (and maybe their right)

There is a strange virus going around that infects only girls and causes a large increase in muscle mass
