The next day, Jack was walking down the hallway when he saw a poster on the wall. It read "BASEBALL TRYOUTS TODAY". Jack grinned. Baseball was always one of his favorite sports, but he never got the chance to play. But now he could be a great baseball player thanks to his muscles.
After school, Jack walked onto the baseball field where all of the other players were. Most of them stared at him in astonishment, and they started to whisper to each other what they thought his chance was of making the team.
As Jack began to stretch, he heard a shrill whistle blow. Turning towards the sound, he saw that it was Coach O'Neil, the lion who was the varsity baseball coach.
"Alright, we're going to start out with some conditioning, then we'll see how good you are at baseball, and I'll make my decisions. Everyone start running!" barked Coach O'Neil.
Jack soon found out that his sculpted legs gave him insane running speed, and he easily overtook everyone and was way ahead when the running was finished. Jack walked over to Coach O'Neil, who was in shock.
"Alright kid, let's see if you can bat," he said, regaining his composure.
Jack went up to the plate and tapped the ground with his aluminum bat. The pitcher was the starting varsity pitcher, but Jack wasn't afraid.
The pitcher wound up and threw the ball. It was a fastball, straight down the middle. Jack timed it perfectly and swung with all of his might.
CRACK!!!
The ball flew at high speeds, going over the fence and way beyond. It was a home run! The other players cheered wildly as Jack blushed and stretched out his muscles a bit. Coach O'Neil told the pitcher to keep pitching to Jack.
The pitcher kept pitching and Jack kept hitting home runs. No matter what kind of ball it was, fastball, curve-ball, or change-up, Jack smacked it out of the park. He always connected with the ball and rarely didn't hit a home run, and those times it still went over to the outfield. After that, Jack also showed off his unreal skills in fielding and pitching.
Finally, Coach O'Neil called them in and told them who had made the team, which, of course, included Jack. Jack received his jersey (which was XXL) and went home, thinking about how great it was going to be to play.
