The Death of Ashley

"Have a nice fall." Anna said, holding back a smile. Anna then stood up and held Ashley over the middle of the floor. Before Ashley could protest, Anna's fingers detracted causing Ashley to fall to what seemed like miles, but in actuality was only a mere yard or so. Ashley landed on the floor with a huge thump. Despite the huge fall for her size, she seemed to suffer no major injuries. Ashley quickly stood up and looked at the giantess that was her friend.
"Hey," Ashley screamed. "What did you do that for?"
Without even opening her mouth to answer, Anna raised her black leather shoe over Ashley. Despite the fact that no words had came out of Anna's mouth, this answer seemed to be the most effective in getting the point across. Ashley quickly realized what was in store for her and began running. However, she didn't get very far...
Smash Anna put her foot down, turning Ashley into a bloody mess. Anna casually lifted her shoe and looked at the remains. Her faced winced in disgust. She merely took a nearby tissue from the tissue dispenser on the teachers desk and wiped her shoe. She didn't bother cleaning up Ashley's bloody corpse; did people clean up ants' corpses whenever they stepped on one?
"Now...that Ashley's gone. Let's get this party started!"
