The front desk girl smiles and leads you two down the hall. At the end she opens one of the doors and walks through. Following her you examine the room. It looks like a doctors office, you see additional doors leading off. They are closed so you can't see where they go. In the room is a doctors exam table, though this one looks a bit different. Stir-ups are mounted on the bottom, though more bizarre is the restraints draped over the table. Clearly for wrists and ankles. Against the wall is cabinets full of medical supplies. Though most are not visible inside. There is what looks to be an IV stand except a rubber bag hangs from it with larger tubing. Despite these few things, overall the room does look much like your own Doctor's office.
You girlfriend leads you over to the center of the room where she begins to push you onto the exam table. You decide this isn't for you and start resisting. The nurse and your girlfriend aren't strong enough to over power you and you slowly make progress toward the door you came in. As you get close the nurse hits a red button on the wall. As you get to the door it swings open. Four more attractive girls in nurses costumes rush in. Each grabbing part of you. Now you are now match, they wrestle you back to the exam table where you are forced on and expertly your hands are locked into cuffs on each side. Then your ankles are put in the stir-ups and locked in. Finally a strap in put across your abdomen. You are firmly strapped to the table. Perhaps because of your recent resistance, a gag is put across your mouth. Though, not a normal one, it appears to be a soother, like a baby uses.

As quickly as they arrived the extra nurses leave. You are left alone with your girlfriend
