Shauna was a big woman from a big family. She'd been chubby as a girl, since her parents didn't worry about her weight too much as long as she got exercise and ate her vegetables, but she didn't become fat until she was away at college. Away from home and free to indulge without restraint, her freshman 15 soon became the sophomore 60, and in the many years since then her weight has only ever stayed the same or increased. Now, at about 260 pounds, she had no intention of losing weight or controlling her appetite.
She wanted the best for her daughters and loved to see them happy, and to her, that meant making sure they eat their fill and allowing them to eat what they want. She'd been worried about Jenny at first, since she seemed to not have much of an appetite. Jenny took after her father more in that way. So when Jordan started to show off a larger appetite, Shauna encouraged it whenever she could. She loves to see her two daughters getting along and feeding each other, even though said feeding had made it so that Jordan weighed more than her older sister due to her chubbiness. When it came to food, she just couldn't say no to either of them, so she always kept the house stocked with plenty of food for Jenny to feed to Jordan.
As she walked into the living room, both girls got up from the floor, shouting "Mom!" and running to give her a hug. It took Jordan longer to get up than Jenny, since her belly was obviously still full from Jenny's most recent stuffing.
"Hi guys! It looks like you've been keeping Jordan fed today, Jenny."
"Yeah, she just finished eating. Look at how big her belly looks!"
"I see it, good job you two. Dinner will be ready in an hour, so don't feed her any more until then. I don't want you to spoil her appetite. Okay?"
"Okay," said Jenny. Jordan, though, had perked up at the mention of dinner, even though she really wasn't that hungry anymore.
