This choice: Her Mom picks her up a tells her she has a Doctor's Appointment after school • Go Back...Chapter #4A visit to the Doctor's by: roman921   Natsumi saw her mother's car and waited until it was her turn to go. Finally, Natsumi got inside of the car and her mother drove off the school grounds. "How was your day, sweetie?" asked her mother. Natsumi suddenly remembered earlier when her teacher was talking about puberty, she started to blush heavily then replied softly, "It was okay." Her mom chuckled then said, "Oh yeah, honey, you have a doctor's appointment in a bit so we're heading there now." Natsumi blushed even more, "Oh, alright then."
At the doctor's office, Natsumi and her mother are sitting in the lobby, waiting for the receptionist to call them up. Natsumi kept fidgeting in her seat, she couldn't imagine what the doctor will say to her. "Natsumi, Dr. Reinvich will see you now." chimed the receptionist, Natsumi's mother grabbed her daughter's hand and smiled at her, "Let's go, dear." Natsumi nodded back at her mother and walked toward Dr. Reinvich's room. Natsumi's mind was racing a million miles a minute, " What could happen? I'm not sure what will happen."
"It's nice to see you again, Natsumi!" A tall, cheery woman greeted the two while reading Natsumi's files on a clipboard. "Good afternoon, Doctor!" said Natsumi's mother, with her daughter behind her. Dr. Reinvich saw Natsumi and smiled at her, "Hello Natsumi! How have you been!" Natsumi replied while not looking up from the floor, "Good, I guess." Dr. Reinvich chuckled, "Alright, that's good. Let's get started." The doctor went over all of last year's files of Natsumi with the mother, while her daughter sat in a chair nearby. After a few minutes, Dr. Reinvich stood up and looked at Natsumi, "Alright, time for your measurements!" Natsumi gasped and thought franticly, "Oh my god, this is it! I don't know I can do this!"
