The Princess of the Zoras has found the Swap wand and was filled with the knowledge of what it does.

Ruto already knows who she was to use it on, Princess Zelda.

So how does she switch with Zelda? Does she switch her life for Zelda's so she can be princess of Hyrule and Zelda Princess of the Zoras? Or does she switch species/races with Zelda so Ruto is human and Zelda is a Zora?
