You're brought back to full consciousness by an excruciating pain in your lower regions. You look down, to see a massive pregnant belly obscuring your view of it. "Remain calm," commanded Annie "Now, Danny, when I tell you to, I want you to push, OK?"
You nodded, grunting through the pain. It was the most excruciating few minutes of your life, but eventually, baby Annie is lying beside you on the bed.
"You did very well," said Annie, her voice exactly the same as when you had heard it in your head.
As you continue panting slightly, you see the baby Annie getting larger. In fact, she's gaining both size and age, and it doesn't take long until she seems about the same age as you, and almost as out of breath.
"Magical ageing takes a lot out of you," she explains She's a lot more attractive than your current form. In fact, if you had still been male, you would have asked her out on the spot. However, as a female, and one who has just gone through a magical pregnancy culminating in a real birth, you have no attraction to her.
