Jeremiah groaned as he heard the voice. "Five more minutes."
Suddenly, the covers were yanked off of the human.
"I said, wake up."
Jeremiah reluctantly opened his eyes, and looked at Frank Greyfur. The werewolf held onto the sheets.
"But, it's Sunday," said Jeremiah.
"So it is," said Frank. "But that just means extra pay, on top of what you already make."
"I thought that we'd get the day off," said Jeremiah, as he got out of bed, and pulled out his uniform.
"You don't get a day off for the first month, and I volunteered for it," said Frank. "Now, hurry up. Otherwise those kids of mine will eat everything, including the plates, again."
"Seriously?"
"Actually, that's only happened a couple of times, but it's still annoying having several miss-matched sets of silverware and plate and the like," said Frank. "Now, get ready."
"Alright," said Jeremiah. "I'll get ready."
Soon enough, they were in the car when a call came over the radio. It was.....
