Ginny just finished her History class and was happy with her 'A' grade. She was pleased that she studied for it. But she dreaded the PE class that came after lunch. She was not that weak but was below average in her athletic abilities. At least, she kept her weight at an reasonable level.
She grabbed her chicken nuggets and green beans lunch. Then she got her milk. She always liked to drink milk. She found a seat next to another student, Ron, who was a 'near genius' for someone who is a Freshman. Ron sort of liked Ginny but they were just friends.
Ron was studying his Math textbook but did say Hi to Ginny when she sat down next to him. While they were eating together, Ginny noticed that Ron was drinking a Protein Shake that he bought from a Health Food store.
Ginny did not mind that. She just liked Milk to drink. After she finished half of her lunch, she started drinking her milk. She liked the taste of it and before long, she drank it all. And she did not feel that hungry anymore. But she did feel some slight burning in her muscles. And she felt better too. The slight headache that she had- was gone
