Seth woke up the following morning with a strange feeling. He felt heavy, he felt bigger and stronger. Much stronger. His arms felt bigger and wider than they were the previous night. His shoulders were wider, and his legs were bigger and wider. As he slid out of bed, he heard his footsteps as he walked around the room.
When he stopped before the mirror in the bathroom, his jaw dropped wide open. No longer was he staring at the reflection of a short, skinny kid with a flat stomach and short, thin arms and a flat chest who walked on skinny, chicken legs. Rather, he was looking at a very muscular and athletic young man, with big, thick arms, ripped abdominal muscles, large pectorals, very wide shoulders, impressive traps and deltoids, and big, wide legs which looked like mighty pillars of muscle-bound sewer pipes.
“W-w-what…? What happened?” Seth gasped, as he stared at his own reflection for several minutes before he looked down. He rubbed his hand over his thick, well-defined washboard abdominal muscles, which formed a tight six-pack over his stomach like a mighty shield of armor. “Where… where did these muscles come from?”
Seth felt nervous, scared, anxious, proud, happy, and shocked… All at once. What would his friends at school say, when they saw him now? How would the guys on the soccer team react if they saw him with his muscular legs? How would he explain it if he was short and skinny one day, and looking like an athlete the next?
Suddenly, he remembered that he had things going on that day. It was Saturday! He had stuff to do. Today, he had to go…
