Emily tries to get more information out of you

"So why did my boyfriend send you here?" Emily asked.

Quickly, trying to think of a response, you come across a beautiful lie.
"I was in town trying to get a place to stay for the night, when I was mugged, and lost everything." you say, throwing some false emotion into your words to make them believable. You continue: "I got off the train, and on my way to see my brother, someone stole my luggage and my purse." I spent most the afternoon in the police station filling out forms. When the officer called Alex, he came and picked me up, he even lent me some of his old clothes to wear."
Holding back from sobbing, the girls act like they genuinely believe your story. You even got Emily to recognize your clothes, and bring some authenticity you your relation with, well, yourself. (Wow, you just realized how conniving you were.)
"Oh you poor thing." says Amy as she puts her arm on your shoulder to try and make a connection.
"And you're cousin just sent you here to us, without any word of warning? Is he outside, I need to talk to him." stated Emily.
Quickly, a thousand different excuses pop into your head. None of them are good. "His cell died, and---he had to leave because of of the campus police was going to ticket him for parking illegally. He said he'd meet up with us and Tom at the local bar.

This lie was weaker than the first, but the girls seemed to believe it. Then after giving some non-verbal communication to each other, Amy and Emily return their focus to you.
"I think I know why your cousin sent you here." said Amy.
"You do?" you think, but all you can do is swallow your spit as you smile.
Emily nods her head and puts her hands on they sides of your stomach. "We're roughly about the same size." she smiles.
