Something under there?

As I slowly swam to the edge of the pool, I felt something rub against my leg. It felt like rubber, a soft rubber. It was slimy, like a snake and stung my leg. I quickly jerked up and swam faster, but the rubber kept coming to me and brushing every part of my naked body.
         I cried out as the rubber wrapped around my ankle and tugged. I splashed and waved my arms and kicked, but the boy was frozen. The rubber tugged at me too hard, and pulled me under the water. My eyes faintly opened, and there, standing in front of me, was a ... a ... creature? It looked like a snake, a frog, a dinosaur, a tiger and a lion all rolled into one with fins. I came up to me and touched my left breast, before stroking my bottom part. What would happen?
