"I'd like to see your room" said Ash "It must be enormous."
With a broad smile Little Bear began walking. He covered a great deal of distance, much more than Ash thought he would. Within a minute or two they were approaching a familiar stucco, timber, plaster, and brick house. Ash saw smoke coming from the chimney. One or both of Little Bear's parents were there, Ash was more than a bit nervous. He was just getting use to The young grizzly's size. How would he react to seeing one twice that size or bigger?
As They stepped into the door both his parents were there to greet them. His mother wore a a pink shirt and a blue skirt with a white apron, his father a blue suit with a purple tie. Both towered high above Ash even from the height Little Bear was holding him. They both looked at him with curious looks on their faces.
"What's that you have there Little Bear?" Asked Mother Bear
"This is Ash, He's a human."
"I've never seen a human so small" said Father Bear as he bent lower to get a better look at Ash.
"It's a long story. Y-you'll have to excuse my sometimes odd behavior" said Ash "I'm a little nervous"
"That's understandable. Being so tiny" Said Mother Bear, she looked at Ash with wonder but gave him a warm smile. "Do you live around here?"
"No mame. I'm not sure how I got here and your son has suggested I....Live here. However if you feel otherwise--"
"Nonsense." Mother Bear said with the wave of her hand/paw. "You can stay here as long as you like."
"We're glad to see our son meeting new people." Father Bear added. "This time of the year most of his friends are away until the summer."
"Lets go to my room" said Little Bear as he took Ash toward a closed door.
"Be careful playing with your new friend. You wouldn't want to hurt him" He heard his mother called out.
"I will."
Did that just happen? They were pretty calm about the whole thing. But Ash figured they though he was too small to really couldn't do anything harmful even if he wanted to. Mother Bear seemed to have a curious interest in him, he found himself curious about her as well. Little Bear brought Ash into his bedroom, which despite it's size was pretty much like any kid's bedroom. A dresser on the left, a big bed and nightstand near the widow and a shelf and toy box in the corner.
"You could home thousands of people in this room." said Ash in amazement.
"Where would you like to sleep tonight?" asked Little Bear.
