As big and strong as a female bodybuilder

Tom had something greater in mind for his older sister. He wanted her also be able to protect herself. Tom also knew that if his older sister was stronger, she would be even a better cheerleader. Hey, she could join in an actual sport too if Julie wanted to join one.

Julie was calmly pedaling on the stationary bike. She was half dreaming on a football player that she had a mild crush. Occasionally Julie wished that she had a little more muscles. At that moment, the wish from the wand took effect. Julie realized that something was happening. She became as big and strong as a female bodybuilder. She had noticeable biceps and triceps in her arms, noticeable muscles in her legs, a 6 pac abs, etc.

Her clothes expanded to accommodate her new improved size so she stayed modest in the gym. A few of the guys at the bench press noticed her and said 'Wow, look at Julie. Awesome! Cool!'

Another one said however "Where else did that freak get that strong? Is she trying to get on the Olympics or something"

Julie noticed that change herself. Did she like her new muscular look.
