On the deck of the Flying Rascal
"THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY, YOU CAN'T COME ON WITHOUT A PERMIT." yelled Herald towards one of the dozen or so guards who came to reclaim the 'stolen property'.
"IF YOU DON'T LET US ON BORD WE WILL BE FORCED TO RELIEVE YOU OF ANY GOODS YOU CANNOT SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR, INCLUDING PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND ANY CARGO YOU HAVE IN YOUR HOLD." yelled one of the guards to Herald.
"WE HAVE ORDERS TO NOT LET ANYONE ON BORD UNTIL THE CAPTAIN RETURNS. UNTIL THEN RETURNS WE CAN'T DO MUCH."
"FINE, WE'LL RETURN SHORTLY WITH YOUR CAPTAIN." said the guard turning around and walking away.
"What do you think happened to the captain?" Herald asked of Brentus a big man who was Heralds closest friend on the ship.
"They can't have done much, they wouldn't kill him of that I'm certain." Said Brentus "But if they have, we take the ladies out of town and get our revenge on the bastard."
"Don't worry Herald" said Archer a well built man with long brown hair, he carried a Bow and arrows rather than a rifle which is how he earned his name. "If the worst does happen I trust you to lead us to whatever comes next."
"Thanks Archer, but I hope I don't have to take the captains position for a long time to come." Said Herald.

At the guard's house

"What do you mean they 'won't let you on board'!?" shouted the captain.
"Exactly what I said sir. They want their captain back." one of the guards said.
"Well isn't that just peachy then, we'll give them back their captain after they give the stolen property back."
"Yes, sir. shall I go fetch him now?"
"Yes, but put rifle men on the roofs of buildings facing the Docks, then we hand him over."
"Yes, Sir."
