You do your best to close your eyes and ignore this pest, but it's tougher than you thought. Her little mouth is moving a mile a minute. You honestly wonder how much air could possibly be in her little, sugar-addled lungs. Then again, Pinkie might be filled with helium, considering how squeaky-voiced she is and how light she is on her feet. You decide it'd be easier just to turn away and sit down, making a noisy squelch in the process, so you could release without having to talk to her.
"...Daffodil Meadows? Orange Blossom? Pinkie Pie? Oh wait, that's my name...."
She's still at it. You roll your eyes and sigh. This medical poster here depicting a healthy, well-maintained hoof will have to distract you long enough to push out whatever else has piled up in your guts. You hear a loud gurgling and decide that's your cue to let loose. You force more of the semi-soft manure into your diaper with a few wet farts, making it start to bulge out on either side.
"Oh my gosh!" Pinkie seems to finally have realized the obvious, "Are you pooping? That looks super duper fun! Lemme try, please? Please please please?"
You sigh, simultaneously pushing another lump of pony poo into your overloaded diaper.
"If you want to try, there's a stack of diapers over-whoah nelly!" You feel something yank on your waistband. Pinkie's pulled open the back of your diaper! She leans down, sniffs the pile of foul-smelling feces around your butt and shivers.
"Oh man, this stuff's ripe! I'll just use this one." Pinkie says, positioning her legs for, no she couldn't possibly be trying to... She's trying to get in your overmessed diaper, while you're still in it! You try to scoot forward, but the heavy diaper combined with her tugging on it keeps you firmly in place. Pinkie stands up on her hind legs and steps inside, stretching this diaper far further than it should possibly go. She slips her legs into the same holes as you, and then plops her butt right into your mess.
"It's so squishy! Like sitting in smelly hot fudge!"
You can't believe this is happening. You're sharing a diaper with a pony you just met, and she's playing in your crap! If anypony saw you like this, you don't know what you'd do.
"Okay, so can I poop now?" She asks.
"Just do whatever you want," You say, absentmindedly dropping another enormous dollop of "Hot fudge" into your, now hers as well, diaper.
"Yay! Poopie Pie time!" She shouts, before blowing a raunchy fart into the diaper, making the muddy slop inside bubble. She giggles, only making her fart more. Just when you think this can't get any worse, you catch wind of the smell. You had just been sitting in your own waste for the better part of a half-hour, and her flatulence manages to cut through that odor and make you retch. She farts again before beginning to drop her payload into the communal diaper.
"Good thing I ate all those bran muffins, right Ginger Snap? Or was it Twilight Sparkle? Hmmm..." She manages to defecate and babble at the same time. Between the two of you, the diaper is starting to lift off the ground from the sheer volume of shit piled up. Pinkie's tail lifts up and a hot breeze blows against you, splattering chunks of feces onto your back. Her flow picks up, she's peeing too, and pretty soon she's out-producing you.
