Elita, her shy dragoness room mate

Nazza fiddled about with the two objects, trying to get them to work, but nothing happened even when she put both of them on. After a while of walking she ended up back at her dorm room that she shared with Elita.
"Um, uh...hello Nazza." The other girl timidly spoke. "What's that you've got?" She asked.
"Remember when I mentioned about magitech devices a few months back?" Nazza enquired, the dragon girl nodded. "Well, this is them...only, I can't get them to work. I've tried putting it on, but there's no response to either one. I think this one goes around your wrist and the other one is worn like some sort of collar." She explained.
"I'm not going to ask where you found them or how you got hold of them." Elita mentioned.
"Hey, what's that meant to imply? It's not like I went up and stole them from anyone." Nazza frowned.
"S...sorry Naz-chan." Elita apologised. Nazza sighed.
"You apologise for everything way too much you know." Nazza spoke.
"Sorry Naz..." Elita begun but was interrupted by a sigh from Nazza and then the two looked at each other and giggled.
"Do you want a hand, figuring it out?" Elita asked.
