Cloths/Armor: Slicer wears a Dark red sleeveless long coat over a black shirt. He also wears black leather pants, dark red shin high combat boots. For his hands he wears dark red leather gloves.
For Slicer's armor he wears modern combat armor made from a light weight alloy it is also styled after Samurai armor.
Head: A full plate samurai styled helmet with a face plate styled after an Oni's face.
Enhances Slicers vision allowing him to see in multiple spectrums of light and allowing for binocular vision.
Torso: Modern Samurai styled plate chest armor with a curved collar
Arms: Modern Samurai styled plate arm armor with hinged elbow plate. Along with shoulder guards composed of 5 large layered plates attached to the shoulders via .
Legs: Shin high plate armor attached over the boots via three straps wrapped around the calves.
Gear: Utility sheath on Slicer's back which contains extra blade pieces which are used to extend Dire edge's blade and to replace the blade if it becomes damaged.
Semblance: Acceleration aka Blink/Flash step. Allows Slicer accelerate himself slowing down time for him but for everyone else it looks like he is blinking in and out of existence or appearing and disappearing in a flash. This allows him accelerate and decelerate in a controlled manner causing Slicer to seemingly block, dodge and strike inhumanly fast.
Weapon: Dire Edge
Dire Edge is a straight edged modern tactical combat Katana capable of of being converted into a secondary form. The blade is also capable of being energized by Slicer's aura utilizing his people's aura technology to allow the blade to vibrate allowing it cut through the most durable materials. It is also capable of storing residual aura energy to add a stunning effect to cause the opponent to stagger/flinch with each hit.
Katana: The default form of Dire edge.
Odachi/Nodachi: The secondary form of Dire edge when the blade is extended when sheathed into the long sheath on Slicers back which causes the handle to extend out for proper grip and handling to compensate for the extra length of the blade.
History:
Born in the Deviant Faunus village into the warrior clan, Slicer was trained in the art of the sword and was trained by one of the best warriors Cleaver. Slicer is proficient at using the Katana and it's larger cousin the Nodachi/Odachi. Dire edge utilizes aura technology which allows aura to be channeled through a weapon.
Slicer was hired by the Atlas military to scout out Vale an determine if the rise of Dust theft is tied to White Fang activity. Slicer had spent some time in Atlas along with his Master Cleaver and his other student Aura. Slicer was chosen for the mission to Vale by Ironwood himself due to Cleaver's recommendations. While in Atlas Slicer would also encounter Winter Schnee who would ask Slicer to look after her little sister in Vale if things got too dangerous.
So Slicer was dispatched to Vale his mission, Scout out Vale for information and clues about the Dust thefts. And so Slicer went of to Vale via an unmarked Bullhead transport not knowing what he might encounter.
