Looking at the skimpy red undergarment in his hands, Cameron wondered how it got into his laundry basket. He thought that perhaps it had gotten stuck to his jeans in the wash and his mother missed it when sorting the laundry. To him, that seemed like the most likely scenario.
Cameron tossed the thong onto his bed for the time being, then got back to work putting the rest of his clean clothes away. He then returned the laundry basket to the laundry room before figuring out what to do with the thong that had found its way into his laundry.
Thinking they must have belonged to one of his sisters, Cameron went to ask them. His twin sister Anna's room was closer so that's where he went first. Poking his head through the door, Cameron found her lying on her bed with her nose buried in a book. That was unsurprising, as she was quite fond of reading. "Hey Anna," Cameron said, taking a step into the room.
"Oh, hey Cam," she said, marking her place and putting the book down. "What's up?"
"Just wanted to ask you something," Cameron replied. "These aren't yours are they?" he then asked, holding up the underwear to show his sister. "I found them in my laundry today."
Anna let out a slight laugh. "Nope," she said. "They must be Christina's," she then offered.
"Okay," Cameron replied. "Thanks." He then set out to find their older sister.
Walking a little further down the hall to Christina's room, Cameron found her browsing the Internet on her laptop. "Hey, bro," she said, seeing Cameron enter her room. "What's up?"
"Just wondering if these are yours," Cameron said, showing his sister the red thong. "Found them in my laundry."
Christina shook her head. "They're not mine," she said. "Maybe they're Anna's?"
"Asked her already," Cameron informed his older sister. "She said no."
"Well, I doubt they're Mom's," Christina said, letting out a laugh. "Unless you've been hiding something, I don't know what to tell you," she added with a wink.
"What? No," Cameron responded.
Christina just shrugged then turned back to her computer. Cameron sighed then left the room.
Walking down the hall, he spotted his mom exiting her bedroom. "Hey Mom, these aren't yours are they?" he asked, showing her the thong panties. "I found them in my laundry and I'm trying to figure out whose they are."
"Mine? Of course not," Cameron's mom said with a laugh. "Try asking your sisters."
"I tried that already," Cameron mumbled under his breath as his mother walked off.
Confused, Cameron headed back to his room. "Whose are they then?" he asked himself. It just didn't make sense.
