If one were to ask Ichigo what he despised most about being back in the saddle as a soul reaper, his answer would be almost instantaneous: Kisuke’s experiments. There was no telling when something would go off around the former captain of squad 12, and that was often what led into the most bizarre of situations. Now that Kisuke could come and go as he pleased (‘Not like he didn’t do it before,’ Ichigo thought with a snort), he was conducting more and more of his experiments in the reichi-rich environment of the Soul Society.

Ichigo covered his eyes to keep from the smoke, once the smoke cleared he opened his eyes.
“WHAT THE HELL!!” Ichigo couldn’t help but shout as he saw that while he was still in the courtyard, he was now fucking shrunk! He looked up and around and saw that the others in the courtyard were now mountains, and he didn’t even want to think about the size of the buildings that some of them were next to. “Kisuke what did you do this time…?”
Ichigo didn’t have enough time to reorientate himself as he suddenly felt the ground beneath him shake like there was an earthquake. As the light above him was covered he looked up to see someone very familiar. It was...
