The four of them hadn't played since Middle school and their social lives had started to drift them apart. They remained friends but it became unfeasible to maintain. Brandon was the only one still carrying that torch enough to bring it up... this time though seemed like the right time. As amazing as this mansion was it was far out of the way of any activities to do. and really this might be the last chance for them to really get together and play before college came and split them up for good. Maybe it was nostalgia talking but everyone eventually came around to the idea Josh being the slowest to accept but eventually relenting.
When pressed Brando revealed a room the others hadn't seen when they were exploring the first time around. Some kind of game room, it had dramatic lighting and a large oval table it even had sets of ornate dice. it seemed the previous owner had been a table top gamer as well. But the pièce de résistance was an old boxed module Brandon had never heard of... despite it's apparent age it looked in remarkable condition with some gorgeous art... it was decided that tonight they would play -
