“Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, we are gathered here today to not only decide whether or not Jackson Weele, also known as the masked villain Big Wheel, is truly guilty of his crimes or not, and whether or not he deserves to be imprisoned for a crime of passion.” As the defense attorney rattled on, the audience of the court sat and listened carefully. The jury were almost certainly not expecting to land a super power case, and the judge was treating Big Wheel like he was Doctor Doom or something. Even the sleaze ball villain himself was listening carefully, but there was one person not paying attention. The prosecution, a young woman with an average build, slightly short stature, and short brown hair. This woman’s name was of course…
“Jennifer Walters, but you already knew that. You had to click through a couple options to get here, and I appreciate you reading this, but let’s be honest, you don’t care about any of this. You saw it in my character description. Yes, I do have an average build, it’s not like I work out every day or anything, but fat I am not. And I have no plans on getting fat. So if you want a fun story about a lawyer, this is a great place for you. And definitely not weight gain fetish material. None of that.” Jen said, to the response of nobody in the room. She did have an odd tendency to start talking into space, but most just attributed that to stress. Whatever worked in the court room, and nobody could deny the results Jen got.
“Ms. Walters, are you prepared to give your opening statement?” Judge Matthews said, and Jen was snapped back to reality.
“Yes your honor, I am.” Jen replied, as she started to get up, and move toward the jury. This was an easy case, especially compared to some other super villains. This guy just robbed banks in a stupid wheel costume, and he was taken down by Spider-Man of all people. That guy gets around, taking on huge threats to the world like Carnage or Doctor Octopus, and then having to deal with Z-Listers like Big Wheel. But the fact that he was found in a webbed up wheel in a half destroyed bank with tire tracks all over it makes Jen’s life pretty easy.
Jen got up and faced the jury, straightening her clothes in the process.
“Ladies and gentlemen of the jury-“ Jennifer started before being quickly cut off by an explosion up above. The roof caved in, and the roar of a helicopter was heard from above. A giant wheel was dropped down below, and landed in the middle of the courtroom. Jackson punched out the cop guarding him and sprinted toward his creation. He the wheel started shooting flares out to distract people. He climbed into the wheel and started to activate it.
Jen started to try to escort the bystanders out, while trying to avoid making direct eye contact with the flares. The commotion was sending everybody into chaos, and the people in the courtroom were powerless to do anything to stop this. Where was a superhero when you needed one?
“Jen!” Jen looked over toward the prosecutions desk, and saw her para-legal Nikki looking toward her. She started flexing a muscle, and then she made a double chin with her face. She yelled at the top her lungs, “You gotta do it!”
“Man, I really liked this outfit.” Jen said before taking off her shoes. She then closed her eyes and started to focus, before opening her eyes and revealing a new green tint. Her veins started pulsing a green color, and then the rest of her skin turned into the same bright green color. She grew in height, going from her usual five foot four to a staggering six foot and six and a half inches. Hell, even her hair grew out and became much fuller. A muscle tone started to appear, but then something truly out of the ordinary started to happen.
Jen started to get softer all around her body, from her head to her toes. Her feet and hands became softer and stubbier, becoming more sausage-like and puffier. Her calves and her ankles merged into one, as the rolls of fat collided into each other. Her thighs grew to enormous sizes, their circumferences each larger than her entire old body. Her ass got much bigger, and each cheek jiggled with every slight movement. Her back gained multiple rolls of fat, and her love handles exploded off of her. Jen’s stomach also grew to massive proportions, hanging off of her like a ginormous bean bag chair. The size of her breasts easily eclipsed her head, and her arms grew extremely thick. With a large mound of arm fat hanging off of her. Finally, her face also took on some extra weight, with jiggling jowels, full and fat cheeks, and a strong double chin to boot. Her clothes were ripped to complete shreds, leaving nothing but a purple and white sports bra and yoga pants she wore under her outfit. Jen turned around and showed her new self. The She-Hulk was exposed to the world for the first time.
“Holy shit, when she said she got fat, I thought she was over exaggerating.” Nikki said, and Jen shrugged her shoulders.
“I told you, it’s twenty two hundred pounds.” Jen replied.
“I thought you were being hyperbolic!” Nikki replied, and Jen sighed loudly. She then turned around and grabbed the wheel. Jackson tried spinning it forward, but Jen held it in place effortlessly. She then threw the machine on the floor, trapping Jackson in place. The massively fat woman turned back toward the judge, who was cowering behind the stand, and smiled. She then shoved her hands in between her side roles and addressed him.
“Your honor, I rest my case.” Jen said as police officers stormed into the courtroom and started apprehending Big Wheel. Jen then turned around to face you and said, “Yeah, remember when I said Jennifer Walters wouldn’t be gaining weight in this story, technically that’s true, because I’m She-Hulk, not Jen. So, despite the fact I gain upwards of a ton sometimes, technically Jen Walters is safe.”
Jen started to shrink, returning to her normal height, hair length, and skin color. But, where as she walked into the court room a one hundred and forty pound woman, she now had a slight muffin top and softer features as a one hundred and sixty pound woman.
“Huh, okay, maybe I wasn’t entirely truthful about what kind of story this is going to be.”
