After a few minutes of swinging his trusty gold chain and watch and some droll accompanying words that would have put even a glass eye to sleep, the family of four were deeply hypnotised, and Zamboni had a smug, conceited smile on his face. "Too easy!" he chuckled, as he tugged on the chain...making his watch fly up towards his hand. He was supposed to catch it however...but missed, and the watch went flying over him and knocked a vase off a small table nearby, smashing it. "Damn it!" he grumbled. He buzzed on his intercom: "Jeanne can you bring a dustpan and brush in please, there's been a slight mishap, nothing to worry about".
He then walked over and retrieved his watch and chain, before glancing back at the entranced family sat before him. "Haha, marvelous, a passing freight train couldn't even wake them!" he laughed maniacally, before stopping abruptly and looking around. As with all 'unbalanced' scientists and professors, Zamboni was 'slightly' paranoid.
"That will be all Jeanne!" Zamboni uttered to his receptionist, who showed an interest in the family when she came in to clean up. As the woman scurried out of the room, Zamboni thought what to do to 'help' this troubled family out.
"Hmmm!" he sighed deeply, "Ahh...I know!" he then exclaimed. He knew that what he had in mind maybe not be particularly helpful, but it would be definitely be amusing. And he did love a good laugh...at other's expense.
