Harry was lucky, there were a few close calls where he almost ran into a teacher or prefect in the halls, likely patrolling to help any poor first years who got lost and show them the way to the great hall.

Arriving at Myrtle's bathroom and finding the sink with the snake head Harry quickly opened the entrance and jumped down the pipe, rushing to the door of the chamber and opening that Harry quickly made his way to the hidden chamber where he found the book in the future. upon entering the room he found...
