There it was, in the same spot as it was in the future with the book back in his possession Harry decided to add two very important rules he thought of during his episode where he didn't have the book.

Only Harry Potter can use the rule book, anyone else who finds it will immediately return it to him and ask no questions as to anyone else it looks like a standard text book. and then, Harry Potter is exempt from any rule changes unless his inclusion is specifically stated in the rule.

With these two rules added Harry figured that he saved himself from any future problems related to the book. Though now Harry had almost unlimited power, he could do anything in the school, he could use the book to have some fun or use it sparingly and only when needed.

Ya right it was time to make up for fifteen years of slavery with the Dursleys, as such he decided to use the rule book first for...
