"What now?" Matt asks you. "I don't have time for this."

"You can wear a pair of my shoes," you tell him.

"Don't be silly," Matt responds. "There's no way they'd fit me. And besides, I don't want to wear your girly shoes."

"C'mon," you say, willing the thought that he should try a pair of your shoes on into his head.

"Oh, all right," he agrees.

"Alright, here you go," you say with glee as you select a pair of ____ from your closet and hand them to him.
