Suddenly, your mother walks into the room. "What are you still doing in your PJs?" she asks. "You're gonna be late for school if you don't hurry. Your sisters will leave with out you." Since both of your parents usually leave for work early in the morning, your older sister Amanda drives you and your younger sister Ashlie, as well as herself, to school. The three of you are all in high school now, so it's a pretty convenient arrangement ... when everyone gets ready on time, that is.
"But Mom," you say, deciding that you don't want to go to school when you have an awesome power to play with. "Today is Saturday." You will it to, in fact, be Saturday since that's something you can do now.
"Oh, wow, you're right," your mom says. "I don't know why I thought it was a weekday..."
I do, you think. It had been a weekday only seconds earlier.
