The bodies leave without you

You are forced to sit and wait as the bodies continue having their fun, acting as though they were completely oblivious to all of the severed heads on the tables. It was pretty bad, but not totally so. At least you were lucky enough to be so close to your girlfriend, the nervous smiles exchanged between the two of you calming in its own way. About ten minutes passed before your body got up, along with Mikki's. Mikki's body had its arm draped playfully around the shoulder of your body, tracing small circles onto your body's torso with her other hand while your body had one arm wrapped around Mikki's back with a hand lightly resting on her hip. The two of them turned and began walking to the door, leaving you and your girlfriend on the table.
"Hey, where are you going?!" You nervously call out, hoping that your body could hear you without its ears. It turns out it could, as it answered you question by performing a lewd motion with it's arms and pelvis and continuing out of the bar,ignoring you though it could understand you. "Well this is great, we're stuck here while our bodies leave to screw without us!"
The night wore on and slowly people and heads trickled out of the bar, the last one out of the door being the bartender's body, carrying its own head under one arm and the head of an embarrassed and fairly inebriated looking young woman. The two of you were now totally alone, having been left behind on the table, how degrading! Alright, what happens next?
