Chris gets the power to control costumes and make them real

Chris finds a box of old costume accessories that enslave the wearer

Chris puts on a magic costume that makes him able to transform people and control their minds

Chris hands out candy at his house, and gives special mind control candies that enslave the consumer to the hot teenage girls and moms

Chris works at a costume shop just before Halloween and finds some magic costumes in the back
