“Fine, but I want something in return.” Alex said, enjoying the feeling of her new, loose clothing. She had all of the leverage now. Sure, she really did like the new clothes and she believe that they suited her, but perhaps there was something better that she could get off of Evan.
“What would you want?” He asked.
“It’s not that easy.” She replied. “I really like these clothes, so I think you should choose something that is better than that.” She explained. “What do you think your clothes are worth?”
That was a tough question for Evan. He really wanted his clothes back but he did not want to give something else that was just as important to him.
Suddenly the two siblings heard their mother call to them from the floor above. “Kids, you better leave for school soon or your going to be late!”
That’s when Evan got his idea. He could offer to swap grades with his younger sister. He could get his clothes back and swapping grades would not be that bad so long as it was not permanent. School would be easy as well since he had already learned that content. Plus they both went to the same school, it was just that Alex was a Freshman while Evan was a Junior.
