Wait one month until summer break

Evan found it tough going a whole month without using his new powers, but he did it.
It was the first day of summer break and Evan was woken early by the sound of one of his neighbours mowing the lawn. Evan gets out of bed and looks out the window too see his stunning neighbour, Christine Wallace mowing the lawn in her bikini and a pair of flip flops. Christine was the hottest woman in the neighborhood, maybe even the whole town. She was 28, blonde, 5'6" and had a perky pair of completely natural D-cups that seemed to defy gravity. She didn't have a job because her parents left her enough money and their house when they died a few years ago. Although she didn't need to work, she had to be careful with her money. She certainly couldn't afford to pay somebody else to mow her lawn.

Evan put on a pair of shorts and a vest and put on his flip flops before heading out of the house and making his way over to Christine.
Christine stopped mowing the lawn. "Hey Evan! How are you doing?"
Evan stuttered. "M... Morning Christine. C... Can we go inside? I need to show you something."
Christine smiled. She loved how awkward her hot body made the young guys in the local neighborhood. "Sure, Evan, but make it quick. I want to finish the lawn before it gets too hot.
Inside the house, the pair walked into the open plan kitchen and Christine poured two glasses of juice, handing one to Evan. "What did you want to show me?"
Evan spent the next 5 minutes explaining his power. Christine raised a skeptical eyebrow and said, "Show me. Swap our hands."
Just as he did with his own mother a month earlier, Evan closed his eyes and concentrated. When he opened his eyes, he saw Christine in awe looking at her 17 year old male hands and she was just as excited as Evan, who was admiring his pretty female 28 year old hands.
"I was wondering if we could swap everything, head to toe, just for the summer?" Evan asked nervously.
Christine squealed in excitement, "That would be awesome. I'd be 17 again and I'll have my own dick."
Evan couldn't believe how well this was going until all of a sudden Christine's expression changed from excitement to something more sinister.
"Wait a minute! What am I doing? I'm smoking hot. If you want this hot body for the summer you're going to have to earn it!" said Christine wickedly.
Evan gulped "W... what did you have in mind!?"
Christine giggled "Well firstly, you have to come over everyday and do one horrible chore for me. You can start today by mowing my lawn!"
"OK, deal!" Evan said without hesitation.
Christine continued, "I'm not finished yet, there's one more thing. I want a blowjob everyday!"
Evan panicked. "Wait what?"
Christine giggled again "Come on, dude, it's your own dick. Take it or leave it!"
