"Yet that's not all David. To ensure your suffering you'll slowly gain weight and while you gain you'll gradually want to willingly gain weight to impress plus size women," the mysterious ex-girlfriend said.

David tried to fight whatever drug that the ex-girlfriend put into the cupcake.

"That will never happen... You'll pay for this..." Dabid said before passing out.

The ex-girlfriend cackles as David begins sweating.
