normal or not

Ethan was not used to being taller then his best friend. " Benny what did you do" the formerly shorter boy yelled.

" Hey it's not my fault the fly flew in front of you"

" But you were the one who did the spell" Ethan was beginning to freak out.

"Calm down "

Ethan glared at Benny shooting imaginary laser eye beams into his skull.

"Please stop I don't like it when you do that " Benny begged.

Ethan stopped glaring " I'm sorry it's just every time you do a spell it seems it back fires"

" How am I ever gonna get better if I don't practice"

"But you don't practice you just find spells that look neat and cast them willy nilly"

" I'm sorry you felt that way maybe you should leave if you feel like I'm no good"

Ethan sighed as he sat down on Benny's bed " I'm really sorry to blow up like that"

" That's alright" Benny sat down beside his best friend " So what should we do about your situation"

"Nothing"

"Wont people notice when the see you're taller then me"

"we'll just say I had a growth spurt"

"Thanks for being so understanding" Benny smiled.

" You're my best friend " Ethan smiled back. I just wish he would't use me as a test subject even if it's on accident most of the time. While I'm making wishes I wish I was back to my normal height. As the two boys sat on the bed Ethan began to shrink back to his normal height.

"Hey Ethan you're normal sized" Benny noticed.

"Cool the spell must have had a time limit or something" Ethan was beaming as now he was back to being normal. Well as normal as a seer living in a town full of vampires and other supernatural creatures could be.
