This choice: Harry uses it on himself(Grow) • Go Back...Chapter #4Harry uses it on himself(Grow) by: ollieboy12   Holding the wand in his hand, Harry began thinking to himself as Ron began searching for anything like what he held in his hand. If it could make inanimate things shrink, what about, living things? He knew Hermione would call him stupid for doing it, but with no one else around(other than Ron who was who knows where)he decided to test it on himself.
Pointing the wand at himself, he flicked it as an almost invisible darn green bolt struck him in the chest. It didn't hurt, it barely even tickled, but Harry began feeling the effects immediately. His clothes began feeling tighter than usual and he could see the sleeves of his uniform begin drinking back up his arm as a faint but noticeable feeling coursed through him.
It was a spurt-like growth, where he jolted up n his very slightly before a small moment of silence happened before another growth spurt hit him. When his feet broke out of his shoes was the moment he let the spell go.
"Woah." Harry gasped as he stared at himself. He had to be 7ft tall or something!
His previously clothes were in complete tatters, revealing his skinny form with his underwear which could be seen barely holding his dignity together.
"Maybe I should keep this to myself," Harry murmured. Taking out his wand, he very quickly cast an altered notice-me-not charm as Ron came walking around the corner and looking up to him.
"Couldn't find anything like it mate," Ron spoke up in a saddened tone. "Have you used it then?"
Well, it seemed that the charm worked as Harry looked down at his friend.
"Yeah, but it doesn't work on living things though." Harry lied smoothly. Luckily Ron wasn't the smartest tool in the shed as he nodded his head. "I think I should keep hold of it, for now, we can do some fun stuff with it later."
"Fair enough," Ron replied, grabbing his bag. "We'll mess around with it tomorrow, eh?"
"Sure thing Ron." Harry nodded with a smile as Ron left.
'Well, I said we'd mess around with it tomorrow...' Harry thought to himself, looking at the wand. 'But I never said I wouldn't have some fun with it today now, did I?"
Grabbing his bag and leaving the Library, he confidently strutted around the school with his new height, with each student(except the Slytherins and a few Ravenclaws)who passed him looking at him in awe, being none the wiser about Harry's change in height. They weren't even commenting on his, well, lack of appropriate clothing, not even the teachers as McGonagall passed him without even giving him a second glance.
"That charm sure is powerful," Harry muttered to himself. "Should I go to the dorms to test it more? Maybe by the Forbidden Forest or even the Chamber of Secrets?"
Where should he go to "test" the wand out more?   indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
