This choice: They find a spell that grows muscle • Go Back...Chapter #6They find a spell that grows muscle by: ollieboy12   It didn't take long for Ron to find a spell that caught his eye.
"Here's one that'll help you mate!" Ron exclaimed. "It's called Musculus Quaestum and it makes your muscles bigger."
"Really?" Harry asked curiously.
"Yeah!" Ron nodded. "If you're gonna be tussling with a dragon, that'll give you a fighting chance."
"It sure will." Harry smiled as he stood from the chair he was sitting on. "Alright, let's give it a go."
"Says here that it usually doubles your current muscle mass," Ron noted.
"Alright then." Harry nodded, grabbing his wand and casting, "Musculus Quaestum!"
As he said that, he could feel a sudden surge of adrenaline run through him as he felt his body almost immediately bulk up. While Harry was always pretty skinny, now he looked like a full-blown athlete if you disregard his short size.
"Merlin!" Harry gasped, staring at his new body. "That was amazing! Ron, use your non-broken wand and cast it on me again, let's see how I take it!"
Ron, still in a bit of a stupor, nodded as he picked up his non-broken wand and cast it again as a yellow bolt coursed through the air and struck Harry.
Again the effects were immediate and instead of an athlete, he was now a full-blown bodybuilder. His shoulders had widened, he bore a heavily defined si-pac that was on the verge of an eight-pac and his arms and legs had widened and was full of nothing but pure muscle. His Pecs has inflated outward slightly as well.
"This is incredible!" Harry exclaimed. As much as he wanted to do it again, he noticed two key things; 1) he wasn't getting any taller and 2) it was getting harder to move his body like he used to. In this state, he was less flexible and if he wasn't careful, he would get too big and not be able to move. Grabbing his wand, he quickly cast, "Accelerare," and slowly returned to normal.
"I gotta say, mate, that must have felt incredible." Ron pointed out.
"It sure did." Harry nodded. "But if I get hit with it too much I'll get too big and be unable to move."
"Maybe if you use Morabor?" Ron suggested. "What if you combine that spell with this one or the others so you can get big slowly and have time to cast Accelerare?"
"Good thinking," Harry replied.
"Should we tell Hermione about this?" Ron asked.
Harry thought for a moment, looking to the book and back to Ron before answering with...  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
