The Ivory: nature friendly city in the forest

The Ivory such a beautiful city and one not ruled by terror; for they are guarded by their protector a great dragon the namesake of their great city. Their protector only comes to them in times of great need, yet only a chosen one may call upon the protector. As the days pass a troubling figure in approaching the city, out of concern the city's counsel calls upon their chosen citizen a small child only seven years of age. The counsel send the child away to do the calling but the chosen one has to be careful to call the protector the correct way or have the consequence of calling another dragon. The child approaches the, alter where, any other chosen ones have called upon the protector age's ago; on the, alter there is a pale blue blow with green flames to the right of it are blue gems to the left are silver gems.
