Another day in the Outlands. Little food, less water. Due to that, most of the lions were skinner than normal lions. But they still did their best to live everyday. This included lions like Zira, Nuka, Vitani, and of course Kovu. Kovu, thhe young cub to be Scar's legacy and try to become the new king. But he was still a young cub. He didn't had much friends. The only friends he really had was his sister Vitani and the young girl cub he met before, Kiara. Kiara was the daughter of Simba, who was the king of the Pridelands. It was because of that, it made things complicated for him and Kiara to be friends. But Kovu still stay strong for he had too. Anyway, Kovu was taking a nap, while his sister, Vitani, wakes her up.
"Kovu! Kovu!" Vitani said shaking her brother.
"What? I was having a great dream." Kovu said.
"About what?" Vitani asked.
"Being king and having a lot of food serve to me." Kovu said.
"Really?" Vitani said.
"Yeah! I'm tired of eating so less." Kovu said.
"I agree. We barely get food here." Vitani said. "Anyway, let's go play."
"Do we have to? I want to nap some more." Kovu said.
"Kovu......." Vitani said giving a look.
"Fine." Kovu said.
Kovu got up and let Vitani lead the way to find something fun to do. So they went out in the fields and played for a bit. They were having fun for a while, but as they did, they had a sense of something.
"Hey Kovu." Vitani whispered.
"Why are you whispering?" Kovu asked.
"I think someone or something is here." Vitani said.
The two stayed quite and slowly moved. They peeked their heads up to see what it was and they see......
