This choice: Adventurer, coming from afar • Go Back...Chapter #4What start with a smile, may end with a bite by: Shireon77   My name is Aranos, and i am an adventurer for fame and glory, possibly gold too. I have traveled hight and low in these years and i was able to accumulate a small fortune, saving fro the various jobs and the few plunder i have participated. Yes plunder, at the start i needed the money and the only ^job opportunities^ was those, now i try to not do that kind of things anymore, and instead i usually take a bounty or just work as a freelance in solving...problems.
After my last job in Port Cullen, i decided that a change of scenery was required, i was bored, and the city don't have much in the entertainment department, so as soon as i have heard of a caravan directed to the city of Kornos i jumped in. Admittedly, i don't know much about this city, only that given it's position, the city cover an important role as a nexus between trade routes, especially between land and sea. Maybe i will find some interesting job while i am there.
At the moment, i am the most bored person on this planet, Nothing happened during our 3 days of travel, and i do mean, nothing. No caravan, no travelers, no adventure, no bandit's, only this big ass road and trees, lot's of trees taunting me with their meaningless presence.
My mind start to wonder for place unknown, and while i am start contemplating if using a knife for shaving is a better solution over a sharp rock, yeas i know humanity biggest unsolved dilemma, i hear screaming from the front of caravan. Checking my blades i run toward the source of the scream and found....  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
