She shrinks down to a more reasonable, but stil...

You squirm in her grip, trying to get out of it. It's no use though, and she continues her hug. Suddenly she scoops you up into her arms, and holds you as if you we're her child. She smiles down at you, but this smile quickly fades when she sees you shivering in fear. Sadness takes over her face as she begins to pet you.

"Listen, I know I scare you.... But it's alright. I would never do anything to hurt you. I am your guardian." Lucario said as she gently nuzzled you.

You still can't really find your words, but manage to speak somehow.

"W-why are you so b-b-big?" You sputter.

Lucario seems to look even sadder now as her ears droop. She seems disappointed.

"I.. I just thought you might like a giant guardian... That's all.... And... I've always wanted to be a giant..." She looks at you almost guilty.

"I...guess I understand but do you really have to be so big...?"

Lucario's ears perked up a little at hearing this.

"We'll.. I guess I don't need to be so big right away...but I thought that this was easing you into it."

You shudder at that thought. The thought that she will most likely be much larger sent chills up your spine. Lucario spoke upon sensing this.

"Please don't worry... No matter how big I get I'll always be here for you. I know I'm an imposing figure and I'm very intimidating, but I promise you that deep down I'm really kind and gentle. There is nothing to fear."

You simply nod, unable to speak. Your mind has just been filled with images of Lucario holding the earth and still growing. It scared the living day lights out of you.

Lucario could see that her attempts at calming you down were unsuccessful. So she attempted to shrink herself to get you to calm down.
