Parker had no need to be a superhero or villain. He was content with his average everyday life. When boredom did eventually set in he'd alleviate it by using his powers to make someone grow. The last time he grew someone was when he grew his next door neighbor to over several hundred feet tall. She was quite surprised to find herself completely naked and towering over the city. She ended up panicking and accidently crushing half the city under her feet. It was only luck that she didn't step on the half Parker was in. He returned her to normal size which also returned everything else to normal leaving no one the wiser.
He decide to not make someone that big... at first ever again. He'd just do what he usually did. Grow the target to twice their height and keep adding to it while he watched from afar. When they reached truly gigantic height he'd already be outside of the city watching from a nearby hill while they went on a rampage. People always go on rampages when they become giant. He didn't know if it was just the feeling of power or if it was his powers influencing them. It'd would be interesting to find out though...
To do that he'd have to find a completely selfless person that would entertaining to watch destroy their home. He wouldn't have to go far since his city was home to the...
