"I wanna take the long wayyy" Abby whined in reply
Jenna threw her head back and groaned. Her sister had wanted to take the path they found last week through the woods the past 4 days, claiming that the flowers were pretty. "Fine, whatever"
Abby jumped in excitement. The girls through tank tops over their bathing suits and flip flops and began their walk on the path.
To Jenna's surprise, the flowers were beautiful. Each one a different vibrant color, and many were as tall as she was. She then began to wonder what types of flowers they were. They seemed extremely exotic and out of the ordinary, especially for that area.
"Jenna look!" Abby exclaimed. She had found a large flower patch growing in a field where no trees had grown. The flowers were all a vibrant orange and yellow color. Jenna crouched down with her sister to play with the flowers as well. She felt a leaf slip into her flip flop and giggled, shaking her foot. The sensation returned and she tried to sit in a position where the leaf would stop brushing against her foot. Multiple leaves then slipped into her shoes and she let out a loud laugh, knocking her off balance toppling flat on her back. Jenna laughed at herself and threw her arms back in hysterics to cover her face when she felt a vine tangle around her wrist. She then looked up in awe as another did the same, and soon two to her ankles and another to her waist. "Ummm Abby"
Abby looked up to see her sister entangled by the flowers. She giggled and reached to help her up when a flower grabbed her wrist, knocking her into the same position as Abby, her arms had fallen above her head when they were caught by the flowers.
Jenna began to feel flowers pecking at her sides, pulling her shirt up to access her swim suit clad body. They pulled off her flip flops like nothing and began to peck at her soles as well. Before she knew it, Jenna was in hysterics. It felt like more and more flowers and leaves began to cover her body. Her shirt was rolled up right underneath her swim suit top as more and more flowers poked at her sides, hips, belly, and ribs. Tears filed her eyes to the point where she didn't even notice her sister was gone.
